4、半精(jing)加(jia)工前,側基準面(mian)得(de)找正確精(jing)度;
5、半(ban)精(jing)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)2D、3D型面(mian),精(jing)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)各(ge)類安(an)(an)(an)裝(zhuang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作面(mian)(包括限位(wei)塊(kuai)安(an)(an)(an)裝(zhuang)面(mian)及(ji)(ji)接觸面(mian)、鑲塊(kuai)安(an)(an)(an)裝(zhuang)面(mian)及(ji)(ji)靠背(bei)面(mian)、沖(chong)頭安(an)(an)(an)裝(zhuang)面(mian)、廢料切刀(dao)安(an)(an)(an)裝(zhuang)面(mian)及(ji)(ji)靠背(bei)面(mian)、彈簧安(an)(an)(an)裝(zhuang)面(mian)及(ji)(ji)接觸面(mian)、各(ge)類行程限制工(gong)(gong)(gong)作面(mian)、斜楔安(an)(an)(an)裝(zhuang)面(mian)及(ji)(ji)靠背(bei)面(mian)),半(ban)精(jing)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)各(ge)類導向(xiang)面(mian)、導向(xiang)孔,留(liu)余量精(jing)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝基準孔及(ji)(ji)高(gao)度(du)基準面(mian),并記錄數據;
6、檢驗復查加(jia)工精(jing)度(du);
7、鉗工鑲作工序;
8、精加工前,工藝(yi)基準孔基準面找(zhao)正(zheng),鑲塊余量檢查;
9、精加(jia)工(gong)型面(mian)2D、3D,側沖型面(mian)及孔(kong)位,精密(mi)模(mo)具加(jia)工(gong)工(gong)藝基準(zhun)孔(kong)及高度基準(zhun),精加(jia)工(gong)導(dao)向面(mian)及導(dao)向孔(kong);
10、檢(jian)驗復查(cha)五金模具加工精度。
